In nurturing a sense of empowerment, the Office of the Provincial Cooperatives Development Officer facilitated the 3-day Community Capacity Development Seminar on September 16, 19 and 23, 2025, at the New Provincial Government Center.
On the first day, various officers of fisherfolks in Cavite gathered for a session of talk to safeguard the coastal areas and communities, while the key Home Owners Association officers in PGC Housing Project were brought together on the second day for a lecture to ensure safer communities.
On the third day, various OFW Associations, including Conchu Satellite Adelina Phase I and IV OFW Association, Church of Alpha Omega Christian Ministries of OFW Family Association, and OFW Family of Tanza Association Incorporated, came to participate in the seminar that provided insights and tools to help OFWs and their families thrive.
Ms. Sheryll Loyola of the OPCDO served as the resource speaker, equipping the participants with necessary skills and knowledge for personal growth and development, and effective leadership. More so, Ms. Loyola gave a presentation on creating actionable plans that the participants could use for their personal and organization success.
